With almost 25 years at MOLLY MAID, Kevin is passionate about enhancing our brand. He believes in leading by example and is known for his hands-on approach, often rolling up the sleeves of his pink shirts and diving into the planning and execution of strategies to make MOLLY MAID even better.

Sarah Elton has been a dedicated member of the Molly Maid team for 9 years, providing invaluable support and guidance to our Franchise Owners. With her wealth of experience and deep understanding of the business, Sarah excels at helping franchisees navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, offering practical solutions and strategic advice to ensure their success. Her approachable nature and commitment to excellence make her an indispensable part of our team.

With a strong background in hospitality, Aaron has honed his skills in customer service and communication, making him an invaluable asset to the Molly Maid team. As the Director of Franchise Development, Aaron is the driving force behind our growth. Samanter has been with Molly Maid for 1 year, focusing primarily on managing the Molly Maid social media presence and supporting various marketing activities.

Kanika has over 10 years of marketing and brand experience, bringing to the company a mix of traditional marketing tactics and effective use of digital marketing. She started her career in a leading world-wide WPP marketing and communication agency followed by leading marketing and brand team in a bespoke supercar company. These experiences furnished her with analytical and strategic skillsets to help grow businesses through marketing initiatives. At Molly Maid she is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support franchise and franchisee growth, enhance brand consistency, and drive audience engagement. She enjoys the collaborative role where she has been working closely with franchisees, corporate leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Recently she has been responsible for building the Molly Maid brand through retailing of Molly Maid eco-friendly cleaning products.

Coleen has been with Molly Maid for 16 years and is the go-to person for handling all office correspondence and administrative activities. She manages Royalty Reports and efficiently addresses customer inquiries via email.

With 21 years of experience at Molly Maid, Carol plays a vital role in supporting the Franchise Support Team. She manages the administrative processes for onboarding new Franchise Owners and ensures smooth communication by handling customer and franchise queries.
