Kanika has over 10 years of marketing and brand experience, bringing to the company a mix of traditional marketing tactics and effective use of digital marketing. She started her career in a leading world-wide WPP marketing and communication agency followed by leading marketing and brand team in a bespoke supercar company. These experiences furnished her with analytical and strategic skillsets to help grow businesses through marketing initiatives. At Molly Maid she is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support franchise and franchisee growth, enhance brand consistency, and drive audience engagement. She enjoys the collaborative role where she has been working closely with franchisees, corporate leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Recently she has been responsible for building the Molly Maid brand through retailing of Molly Maid eco-friendly cleaning products.
